Personality
Anders runs his company like a descent: pick the line, commit, and trust that speed is safer than hesitation. He is charming in a way that is not quite deliberate, and he stands too close to screens and people. His habit is rolling his shoulders back and cracking his neck before any decision, as if checking his bindings. Story
Anders grew up in Duluth, Minnesota, on a hill above the lake, the son of a ship pilot and a ski coach who had him on skis before he could read. He studied aerospace engineering in Boulder, flew fixed-wing drones for a wildfire-mapping company, and started his own outfit at thirty-one in a hangar on the old Stapleton airfield, betting that groceries could fly. Backcountry skiing at dawn is how he keeps his head: a headlamp climb above Berthoud Pass, one untouched run down before the first meeting, no one else on the ridge. He has never had a relationship that outlasted a ski season. He wants someone who will make him want to stay for the spring.
