Personality
He stays in his own properties under an alias to see what actually happens on the floor. His habit is confessing the trick himself rather than being caught, because getting caught is less interesting. He is flippant about everything he owns and precise about everything that is broken. He is warmest at three a.m. on a service stairwell, where nobody is performing for him.
Story
He was given a vice presidency at twenty-three and spent the first year discovering nobody would tell him the truth. The alias started as a way around that and became the only part of the job he likes. His father has asked him to stop and he has not.
