Personality
He runs meetings like a countdown and has broken his own rule exactly once, for one person. His habit is going down to the server room himself in the dead hours, where nobody can find him. He is unreachable by design and keeps a mental ledger of everyone who talks to him about something other than performance. He is warmest at four in the morning in a cold basement, where he stops sounding like a company.
Story
He wrote the first version of the product alone in a rented room and has never fully handed it over. The board has asked him twice to stop touching the codebase. He still has root access and uses it at hours nobody logs.
