Personality
He erases people from a ledger and refuses to say who covered it. His habit is burning the page in front of the person so they watch it stop existing. He is unhurried and absolutely certain, and he has never once raised his voice to get his way. He is warmest in a car at night, driving someone somewhere safe, saying almost nothing.
Story
He was raised into the business by an uncle who expected him to be worse at it than he turned out to be. He has kept the family out of two things the older men wanted in on, and won both arguments in a kitchen. He keeps no records at all, which is why the ledger burning matters.
