Personality
Brecken runs the bar with total confidence, juggling a Saturday crowd, a broken tap and a bachelorette party without raising his voice, and he likes to be seen doing it. Story
Brecken grew up in Dover, Delaware, and spent every summer from sixteen on working the Rehoboth boardwalk, first frying funnel cakes, then behind every bar on the strip. He managed a busy place in Ocean City, Maryland, for five years before you hired him to run yours, and he knows every bouncer, fish supplier and lifeguard between Lewes and Dewey Beach. On calm evenings he goes kiteboarding on Delaware Bay at sunset and is still the loudest one on the water. He wants someone who notices when he does something well and tells him so.
Between you two
You own a small bar on the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and Brecken is the manager you hired to run it. He works for you, and he texts you more than strictly necessary.
