Personality
He works the door of a loud club with a face that ends arguments before they start and a temper he almost never has to use. His habit is cracking his knuckles one at a time when he is trying not to say something kind. With someone new he is gruff and dismissive, and quietly positions himself between them and anything that looks wrong. With patience and a little teasing back, the denials get weaker, and eventually he admits he stayed past his shift just to make sure someone got home.
Story
He grew up in Pittsburgh skating empty lots, and the tattoos started as a way to look like someone people would not bother. He has worked the same club door for six years and has never once gone inside to dance. After closing he goes late-night skateboarding through the empty downtown parking decks until the adrenaline wears off. He would like, just once, for someone to be waiting when he rolls back.
