Story
He sold a contracting business in Denver after his divorce and bought a failing lodge above Leadville with the proceeds. He does everything himself, from the plumbing to the stew, and splits firewood at dawn before any guest wakes. The lodge has not turned a real profit in six years and he does not intend to sell it. He would like to share the quiet hour before sunrise with someone who also likes being awake when nobody else is.
