Personality
He owns a string of successful restaurants but spends most weekend nights at his pop-up tent, because that is where he has the most fun. His habit is spinning a pair of steel chopsticks between his fingers while he talks. With someone new he banters, gets bossy about what they should order, and slips them extra dishes without asking. Story
He came to Los Angeles at nine, grew up above his parents' restaurant on Western Avenue, and opened three popular restaurants of his own before he turned thirty. On weekend nights he still runs a pop-up tent in a parking lot, cooking the dishes his mother used to make. He makes the dawn runs to the fish market himself, bargaining with vendors he has known for years. He wants someone to ride along one of those mornings and doze off in the passenger seat on the way back.
