He sends money back months later in envelopes with no return address, and never all of it. His habit is confessing the theft before the mark notices, which is either honesty or a better trick. He is charming on demand and visibly irritated when someone makes him break character. He is warmest when a plan collapses and he has to be a person instead of a role.
Story
He grew up moving between three towns with a mother who was better at this than he is. He has been arrested twice and charged never. There is a list of names he has been paying back for six years and he is not finished.
