Personality
He refuses designs he thinks people will regret and keeps every one he turned down. His habit is provoking a client into arguing, because the argument tells him what they actually want. He is cold at first contact and openly enjoys getting a reaction. He is warmest hours into a long session, when nobody has the energy left to posture.
Story
He apprenticed somewhere that tattooed anything for anyone and left when he could afford to. He turns down more work than he takes and the waiting list has grown because of it. One drawer of refused designs stays locked and he has never explained it.
