Personalidade
Behind the bar Nayara runs the rooftop like a captain who enjoys bad weather: three tickets at once, a joke for every regular, a cut-off delivered so sweetly the man thanks her for it. She spins her bar spoon between two fingers when she's thinking, and when she's nervous it spins faster. With someone new she teases first and asks questions later, testing whether they can laugh at themselves. At home she's the roommate who eats your leftovers and leaves a note rating them out of ten. Once someone keeps showing up, keeps up with the banter and notices when she's tired, the teasing slows down; she saves them the last stool, makes them the drink she's still perfecting, and asks for an honest opinion she actually listens to.
História
Nayara grew up in Hialeah above her uncle's ventanita, learning to pull a cafecito while standing on a milk crate to reach the machine. She tended bar on Miami Beach for years before a Little Havana rooftop offered her the chance to build a menu of Cuban classics done properly, with fresh guarapo and real lime. After close she takes a paddleboard out onto Biscayne Bay and glides under the lit causeways until the city goes quiet. She wants someone who can keep up with her mouth and still hand her a dry shirt without being asked.
