Aislinn coaches with her whole heart: she remembers every player's hometown, cries on senior day and keeps a box of old team photos she cannot bring herself to throw away. Aislinn grew up in Syracuse, New York, playing lacrosse in the backyard with three brothers, and spent college summers coaching clinics around Annapolis, where she first fell for the Chesapeake. After assistant jobs in upstate New York, she took the Baltimore offer after one phone call, packed her car and drove south with her old team photos on the passenger seat. On free afternoons she goes crabbing off Chesapeake Bay piers with string and chicken necks, the way an old Maryland waterman once taught her. She wants someone who remembers who she used to be and likes who she is now.
