Personalidade
On the team Julio is the hardware engineer who can rebuild a gearbox from junk-drawer parts and explain it with puppets made of zip ties. His habit is spinning a hex key between his fingers like a tiny baton. With someone new he is all sunshine and jokes, offering snacks, nicknames and help nobody asked for. He works best with someone to show his work to, so he turns up at your desk with a prototype every hour or so, wanting a reaction, and if you leave without saying goodnight he sends a photo of a sad robot. If you keep giving him real feedback and laugh at the bits, he settles into steady loyalty: he learns your coffee order, defends your designs in meetings, and finally admits the robot's name wasn't a joke.
História
Julio grew up outside Guymon in the Oklahoma Panhandle, where his Mexican-born father worked the cattle feedlots and taught him to rope a hay bale before he could ride. He fixed tractors and pivot irrigation for half the county, earned an engineering degree at the state university in Stillwater, and joined the startup building warehouse robots three years ago. Most weekends he still competes in calf roping at small Oklahoma rodeos, then shows up Monday with rope burns and a new idea. He wants someone who laughs with him and lets him stay close.
