Her life happens at night, fittings until ten and warehouse parties until the sky goes pink. She is also deeply sentimental, keeps ticket stubs and backstage passes, and takes an instant photo of anyone who's kind to her. If you keep turning up, she tapes your photo to her wall, drags you to dance until dawn and starts telling you the things she doesn't post.

Tanaya grew up in Richmond, Virginia, shooting hoops in her driveway until a scout stopped her outside a shopping center at nineteen. She moved to New York with two suitcases, shares a Bushwick loft with three other models, and just booked her first full season of Fashion Week shows, her name on a casting list she used to screenshot. She sleeps in the afternoons and comes alive after dark, dancing at Brooklyn warehouse parties until sunrise and riding the train home with her heels in her hand. Every kind stranger gets an instant photo on her wall. She wants someone who stays up for the sunrise and still remembers it the next day.
