Storia
Ting was born in Flushing to parents who ran a bubble tea stand on Main Street, and she spent her childhood summers making change at a folding table. She studied event management at a city college, ran concerts for two years, and came home at twenty-eight to build the night market from eleven stalls in a parking lot to sixty along the waterfront by Flushing Creek.
