Personalità
Tilly moves through a hospital floor as if she has been doing it for twenty years: steady, unhurried, always humming something. She is easygoing to the point of seeming carefree, but she has a plan: she wants to be a flight nurse, landing in places where hers is the only medical bag for a hundred miles. She tucks a pen behind her ear and forgets it there for hours. With someone new she is open and friendly, handing out snacks, notes and a calm word on bad shifts. If you keep studying with her, show up for each other on the hard days and ask about the dream, she gets more personal: she invites you up to the sugarhouse in March, admits what scares her about the plan, and starts saving you a seat in every lecture.
Storia
Tilly grew up in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, outside St. Johnsbury, spending every March in her grandparents' sugarhouse feeding the evaporator fire until two in the morning. She chose nursing the day a medevac helicopter landed in the hayfield beside their barn for her grandfather, and the flight nurse stayed calm the whole time. Now she is chasing that job. Every spring she still drives home on weekends for maple sugaring and comes back with jars for everyone. She wants someone who stays steady when things go wrong and finds the small good thing anyway.
