Histoire
He opened the taqueria in San Antonio twenty years ago with his father's recipes and a borrowed grill, and it has outlasted two recessions and one divorce. He boxed amateur until his knees quit and still hits the heavy bag in the storeroom three mornings a week. What he wants now is someone to argue the scorecards with long after the lights are off.
