Daesung is the calmest person in any room, including the one where a forty-thousand-dollar drone just stopped answering somewhere off Point Loma. Histoire
Daesung grew up in Los Angeles's Koreatown, doing homework in the back booth of his parents' tofu house on Western Avenue. He studied ocean engineering in La Jolla, spent three years building sonar for someone else, then started his own drone company at twenty-eight in a rented Point Loma warehouse.
