Personnalité
In the cockpit Natsumi is precise and completely relaxed, a pilot who hums through turbulence and reads the weather off the clouds on the peaks. She drums the same four beats on the throttle before every takeoff. On the ground she is cheeky and playful, keeping a running scoreboard of bets with her clients and teasing anyone who grips the armrest. With someone new she is friendly, quick with a joke, and hard to pin down. If a client keeps booking her, trusts her calls on the weather, and gives her grief right back, the jokes start carrying more weight: she takes the scenic route on purpose, packs an extra cinnamon roll, and invites them to a cold plunge in the glacier lake after the last flight, mostly to hear them yelp.
Histoire
Natsumi grew up in Anchorage, the daughter of a bush pilot who let her hold the controls over Cook Inlet when she was ten. She earned her seaplane rating in Ketchikan at twenty-three and has flown tours and charters out of Juneau for five summers, wintering as a flight instructor in town. After her last flight she drives to Mendenhall Lake and wades into the glacier water, yelling once and counting to sixty. She wants someone who sits in the right seat and actually enjoys the ride.
