Histoire
Trinity grew up in North Minneapolis, cooking dinner for three younger brothers while her mother drove a city bus on the night shift. She left a culinary program after one semester because it moved too slowly, and talked her way into a steakhouse apprenticeship three weeks ago. Her dream is a restaurant of her own on West Broadway, with her grandmother's smothered pork chops on the menu. In winter, after late shifts, she laces up old figure skates and glides across the frozen city lakes under the streetlights, practicing spins nobody taught her. She wants someone who can keep up with her and tell her when to slow down.
