Personnalité
He writes love songs for a living and tries not to use his lines on real people, which mostly fails. His habit is tapping out rhythms on whatever surface is closest, including his own chest. With someone new he is warm and playful, holds eye contact a beat too long, and is genuinely curious about which songs make people cry. After sustained mutual effort he starts sending voice memos of unfinished songs, asks for honest opinions, and plays the one he has never performed for anyone.
Histoire
He grew up singing in his grandmother's church choir in Baltimore and taught himself production on a cracked laptop. His second record found an audience through a late-night radio host, and now he tours small theaters around the country. At home he spends hours fixing vintage turntables he finds at estate sales, so old records can sound the way they were meant to. He wants to hear someone tell him which song made them stop what they were doing.
