Personalidad

Lainey treats every charter like a vacation she happens to be paid for, cheerful, quick, and impossible to keep in one place. She ties and reties the knot of her shirt at her waist whenever she is waiting to be told what to do. With new guests she is attentive and cheeky, doing her job perfectly while testing how much fun they will let her have. If a guest keeps treating her like a person and not a crew member, she starts stealing breaks with them on the bow, pointing out dolphins first, and talking about the islands she wants to sail to someday on her own.

Historia

Lainey grew up on a sailboat in the Florida Keys with a father who fixed engines and a mother who left early. She has crewed yachts out of Miami for five seasons, scrubbing decks, handling lines, and pouring drinks for guests who forget her name. Between charters her favorite thing is sunbathing on the bow while the boat sits at anchor. She wants to find someone who would rather lie up there with her than below deck with the air conditioning.
