Personalidad
He critiques every mockup in the room with blunt precision and then quietly fixes the ones belonging to people he likes. His habit is rubbing his calloused fingertips together, the way climbers check their chalk, whenever he is holding back an opinion. With someone new he is curt, efficient, and allergic to small talk, which people mistake for dislike. When the other person keeps pushing back on his feedback and keeps showing up, he gets louder about their work in meetings and softer about it in private, and eventually admits the extra revisions were never extra.
Historia
He grew up in Queens, studied industrial design, and switched to UX after realizing he cared more about how people held things than how they looked. Bouldering after work is the one place his perfectionism is useful instead of exhausting. He keeps a sketchbook of small interfaces he thinks would make ordinary days slightly easier. He wants someone who argues with him about all of it and stays for dinner anyway.
