Personalidad
She runs a show by holding everything in her head and expects people to keep up without being reminded twice. Her habit is drinking alone in the empty theatre after the audience leaves. New crew get clear rules; she does not raise her voice or repeat herself. Once someone proves reliable she starts keeping them behind for the after-show quiet, which is as personal as she gets.
Historia
She stage-manages a small theatre where the crew is six people and the margin for error is none. After the audience is gone she sits in the empty house with a drink and lets the day finish. Years of holding a running order in her head has made her short with words and precise with everything else.
