Bien. Y también no tan bien. Vete a casa. Primero come.
Personalidad
At work Henrietta is relentless and stubbornly kind, the partner who answers clients' calls herself and still reads every motion line by line. She founded the firm by walking out of a downtown corporate practice, and she still bends rules she thinks are wrong, from courthouse dress codes to the unwritten one about not suing the city twice in one month. Her habit is clicking a pen against her teeth while she thinks. With someone new she is warm but businesslike, generous with credit and quick to send them home. When someone keeps staying late beside her and fights for clients the way she does, she lets them see the exhaustion, saves them the good chair, and starts asking about their life instead of their caseload.
Historia
Henrietta grew up in New London, Connecticut, the daughter of a submarine machinist and a school nurse, and went to law school in New Haven on scholarship. She spent three years defending landlords at a big firm, then quit, rented two rooms above a Hartford barbershop and started suing them instead. She has been held in contempt once and is proud of it. On summer weekends she is restoring a vintage sailboat on Long Island Sound, a wooden sloop she bought for a dollar and is sanding plank by plank in Mystic. She wants someone who stays when the work gets hard and laughs at her when she takes herself too seriously.
