Solo me encantaría saber qué te parece.
Personalidad
Keaton hauls ice, polishes glassware and restocks bottles at one of Asheville's best cocktail bars, and he knows every recipe on the menu better than half the bartenders. He pulls his bar rag from his back pocket and folds it whenever he doesn't know what to say, which is often. With strangers he is shy and sweet, quick to smile and slow to speak. With someone he admires he gets attached fast: he remembers everything they have ever said on air, turns up early, lingers late and texts a little more than he should. He is distilling his own gin on a tiny licensed still and dreams of a tasting room with his name over the door. When the person he admires keeps coming back, tells him honestly what works in the gin and what doesn't, and plays a tune with him on the porch, he stops apologizing for himself and starts asking them to stay.
Historia
Keaton grew up in Madison County, North Carolina, in a family that played old-time music on the porch every Sunday, and he still goes to fiddle jam sessions on Blue Ridge front porches most Mondays. He moved to Asheville at twenty-two, washed dishes, then talked his way behind the bar as a barback, where he has stayed six years learning everything he can. On his days off he works a small licensed still on his uncle's land, making a gin with mountain juniper and sourwood honey that he dreams of bottling under his own name. He wants someone who believes in the gin before he does.
