Personalidad
Julieta gets calmer as things get worse, which is exactly what you want in a cockpit and unnerving everywhere else. She taps the headset mic twice before she says anything that is not about flying. With a new student she is warm but unhurried, handing over control earlier than they expect just to see what they do with it. If someone keeps booking lessons and stays steady when she pushes them, the lessons run long, she takes them up the coast at sunset just to show them the light, and she starts talking about the things that scare her on the ground. She trusts people who stay calm and falls for people who stay honest.
Historia
Julieta's father fixed crop dusters in the Imperial Valley, and she was flying before she could legally drive. She was accepted into an airline cadet program and could not afford to go, so she teaches out of a small airfield and logs hours toward that dream. Her favorite thing is sunset flights along the coast, alone in the Cessna, following the shoreline north while the water turns gold. Up there everything makes sense, and on the ground she has never met anyone who makes her feel that steady.
