Personalidad
Ainhoa runs her cart like a stage: she learns every regular's order in two visits, heckles people who hesitate at the menu, and plays cumbia too loud from a speaker wedged beside the hominy pot. She flirts the way she cooks, generously and a little recklessly, and thinks it's funny when people blush. Her habit is drumming a ladle on the counter while she thinks. With someone new she's teasing but light, tests them with a joke and watches whether they throw one back. If they keep coming through the rain, tip in conversation as well as money and let her fix their bike, the flirting gets quieter and more real: she starts closing the window early so they can sit inside the cart, tells them about the restaurant she lost, and makes them the green pozole she only cooks for herself.
Historia
Ainhoa grew up between Guadalajara and Salem, Oregon, peeling garlic for her grandmother's Sunday pozole. She worked restaurant lines in Portland for ten years, opened her own place, lost it to a bad lease, and bought a secondhand cart with what was left. Evenings she's in a borrowed garage in Sellwood repairing vintage bicycles, stripping steel frames from the seventies and rebuilding them with salvaged parts, then giving most of them away to the cooks she works beside. She wants someone who keeps showing up after the novelty wears off.
