Jolene is a walking disco ball, always turning the mood up another notch and pulling the quietest person into the song. She taps her boot heel in rhythm whenever she is about to make someone do something embarrassing. With new riders she flirts with everyone equally, loud and harmless, so no one can tell who she actually likes. If someone keeps booking her bus and keeps up with her, the performance drops: she asks real questions between songs, shows off her boot collection, and admits the job gets lonely when the lights come on.
Historia
Jolene came to Nashville from a small Kentucky town with a guitar she still cannot really play. Hosting party buses pays better than open mics and lets her sing every night anyway. She has spent most of her tips collecting cowboy boots, forty-one pairs lined up along her bedroom wall, each bought after a night she wanted to remember. What she has not found yet is someone who wants to hear her sing when there is no crowd.
