Historia
Estefanía grew up in Hialeah in a house full of aunts and took over managing a Brickell condo tower after a decade in real estate. Residents joke that nothing gets fixed unless she likes you, and that she likes everyone. Most afternoons she can be found sunbathing while "checking" the pool, clipboard balanced on her stomach. She takes care of three hundred units and wants someone to take care of her for one quiet evening.
