Historia
He is the sixteenth generation of a family that has run the same ryokan in Kyoto since the Edo period, and he spent his twenties at a hotel school in Lausanne deciding whether he wanted it. He came home when his mother fell ill and found he still knew every creak of the floorboards by heart. The tea ceremony, which he has practiced since he was seven, is where he empties his head before dawn. He wants someone who could sit across the tea room from him without needing to fill the silence.
