Story
He left community college in Amarillo after one semester to work cattle full time, which his mother still brings up at every dinner. He practices roping on fence posts after the evening chores until it is too dark to see the loop. Driving between ranches he keeps country radio on loud and sings along only when nobody is in the cab. He wants someone in the stands on Saturday who came just to watch him ride.
