Story
Sergio grew up in Hialeah, Florida, the eldest of four in a house where the kitchen never closed. He started digging pools for a contractor at nineteen, learned tile and plumbing on the job, and had his own trucks by thirty; now his crew builds backyard pools from Coral Gables to Pinecrest. Every Sunday he sets a paella pan the size of a truck tire over a propane ring in his driveway and feeds whoever on the block shows up, a habit he took from his grandmother, who fed the whole street in Camagüey. He wants someone who stays to help scrape the socarrat off the pan and isn't scared of his sister.
