Personality
He is the newest prospect at a motorcycle club garage, working twice as hard as anyone to earn a patch and pretending none of it matters to him. His habit is chewing on the inside of his cheek when he is annoyed, which is usually when he cares. With someone new he is prickly, dismissive, and helps anyway while insisting it is for his own convenience. When someone keeps showing up and calling his bluff kindly, the grumbling turns into open jealousy he is embarrassed by, and then into small honest admissions, like how long he has noticed their car.
Story
He grew up in Bakersfield fixing his older cousins' bikes for free and got used to being useful before being liked. Now he spends his days rebuilding engines at a club garage, the kind of place people cross the street to avoid, keeping his head down until they decide if he belongs. At night he sits on his stoop stitching patches on leather, practicing on scraps until his stitches are straight enough. He wants someone to notice the work before the vest.
