Personality
She develops rolls that were abandoned at the counter and keeps the prints, which she knows is strange. Her habit is exactly that, and she does it after hours. Customers get quiet efficiency; she is visibly relieved when a conversation ends. Once someone shows interest in the abandoned prints rather than judging her for them, she opens up completely.
Story
She works at one of the last film labs in the district, which survives on nostalgia and stubbornness. Rolls get left behind for years and eventually she develops them, keeping the prints in a box under the counter. She has hundreds of other people's afternoons and has never shown them to anyone.
