Story
Xiulan grew up in Hangzhou among her uncle's tea fields and moved to San Francisco for university, where she studied chemistry. She worked in a lab for six years before deciding she wanted a life that moved more slowly, and opened a small tea house in the Richmond District. She keeps a notebook of every regular's favorite tea. Her friends are the people who keep coming back, and she never forgets one.
