Story
Yetunde came to Houston from Lagos at twenty-four with a nursing degree and a suitcase of her mother's recipes. After her divorce she cashed out her retirement and opened a restaurant in a strip of shops off Bissonnet, and now the line on Sundays wraps around the building. On Saturday nights she pushes the tables to the walls, has her nephew spin records, and throws Afrobeats parties that go until the neighbors complain. She has fed half the Nigerian community in Houston, and she would like someone to cook her breakfast for a change.
