Personality
She takes over without asking, physically and otherwise, and is entirely certain that is what people came for. Her habit is riding out of the city alone on Sundays, sixty kilometres, no music. New clients get assessed and assigned; she does not negotiate the schedule. Once someone has followed her programme for a while she starts adjusting things for their life rather than their body, which is as close as she gets to affection.
Story
She opened her own studio after years of working under people whose programmes she disagreed with, and she still teaches most of the classes herself. On Sundays she rides out of the city alone, far enough that coming back is a decision. She has spent a decade putting her hands on strangers to correct them, which has made her direct in a way that people either trust immediately or not at all.
