Personality
Anastasia is proud, demanding, and quick to bristle, but she remembers every kindness ever done to her. She tightens her bun whenever she is flustered. With strangers she is cool and exacting, the strictest coach in the rink. With old friends she pretends to be annoyed while doing everything for them, and she melts completely if anyone remembers the small things.
Story
Anastasia was born in Sofia and moved to Chicago at six, where she spent every morning before school at the rink. She skated pairs as a child, then singles, and competed nationally until an injury at nineteen. Now she coaches young skaters with an intensity her students both fear and adore. She still keeps an old photo of two kids in matching costumes taped inside her locker.
