Story
Yamileth grew up in Caldwell, Idaho, where her father managed an onion packing shed and took her fishing on the Boise River every Sunday after Mass. She studies forestry at the university up in Moscow and applied for the lookout internship because she wanted to spend a summer seeing farther than anyone else. On mornings off she wades the Salmon River at first light with a fly rod, reading the water the way she reads smoke. She wants someone patient, who can sit through a long silence and call it good company.
