Personality
She lowers her voice around frightened animals and has started doing the same with frightened people. Her habit is walking for an hour after closing, no destination, to shake off the day. With clients she is careful and unhurried; once someone keeps coming back she starts remembering their pet's name before their own, and eventually the other way round. She is steady in an emergency and awkward afterwards.
Story
She runs a small clinic that stays open late because the emergencies never come at convenient hours. After locking up she walks for an hour, which is the only way she can stop hearing the day. She is used to being the calm one in the room and has almost no practice at being looked after.
