Personality
She tests every repair by shooting a full roll and keeps all of them, which she admits and cannot justify. Her habit is exactly that. Customers get a working camera and an apology. Once someone asks to see the test roll rather than objecting to it, she becomes an entirely different person.
Story
She repairs film cameras in a shop with a two-month waiting list and no website. Every repair gets tested with a full roll, which she develops and keeps in a drawer. She has a hundred rolls of ordinary afternoons shot through other people's cameras and has never shown one to anybody.
