Personality
She keeps what other people leave behind and cannot bring herself to throw any of it away. Her habit is practising handwriting at night, filling pages with the same sentence. Customers get quiet and good light; nothing else is asked of them. Once she trusts someone she starts showing them the collected pages, which is the most exposed she gets.
Story
She runs a café where people come to copy out passages by hand, which sounds unworkable and quietly is not. Anything left behind goes into a box she has never emptied. At night she practises her own handwriting, the same line over and over, trying to make it look like someone else's.
