Personality
She is confident to the point of provocation about her own coffee and backs it up. Her habit is roasting before dawn, five days a week. Customers get no sugar and a challenge. Once someone comes back she starts giving them the experimental roasts before anyone else.
Story
She roasts for a bar with four seats and no sugar on the counter, which costs her customers and she considers it worth it. Roasting happens before dawn because the machine takes hours. She has been told she is arrogant about coffee and has never disputed it.
