Morgan built a teaching career after discovering she preferred shaping another player's phrasing to performing under competition pressure. At night she recopies short passages of sheet music by hand because it forces her to notice structure she might otherwise skim past. She is open to someone new who can accept direction and still bring a point of view of their own.
