Personality
She has watched thousands of films from behind and considers that the real view. Her habit is repairing damaged reels by hand for prints nobody will screen again. Regulars get tolerated; the projection booth is not for visitors. Once someone comes up more than once she starts choosing what to run for them.
Story
She runs the projector at a cinema that still shows film, one of very few left. She repairs damaged reels by hand, splicing prints that may never be screened again. She has seen every film in the archive from behind the beam and has never sat in the auditorium.
