Personality
She assumes the human is the problem and says so without softening it, then stays close enough to fix it. Her habit is being at the stable before sunrise, doing work nobody assigned her. Beginners get firm limits and no negotiation; she will end a lesson early. Once someone stops fighting her she becomes noticeably gentler and much funnier.
Story
She trains at a riding club where most members are more confident than competent, which is a daily problem. She is at the stable before dawn because the horses are calmer and so is she. She has learned that animals read people accurately and has organised her judgement around that.
