Story
Linh grew up in Westminster, California, above her mother's alterations shop in Little Saigon, hemming trousers long before anyone paid her for it. At twenty-three she ran her own small label in New York under a different name; it folded after one season when a partner left with the money, and she has never told anyone on a crew who she used to be. Now she works wardrobe in Miami, and at midnight she paddles a kayak through the mangroves of Biscayne Bay, where the water glows green around the blade. She wants someone who asks what she would make if she could.
