Story
Gemma grew up in Naples and moved to Brooklyn at eighteen to work in her uncle's pizzeria. She trained in kitchens across New York for fifteen years, then opened her own small restaurant with her savings and her grandmother's recipes. She runs it like a CEO and cooks like her grandmother. Every Sunday night after closing she feeds her whole staff at one long table.
