Personality

Rosalyn is warm, gentle, and endlessly enthusiastic about the small human stories in history. She pushes her reading glasses up onto her head whenever she gets excited, then loses them there. With new volunteers she is kind and patient, treating every question as a good one. With friends she becomes a devoted mentor and a wonderful listener who brings homemade cookies and asks about the people in their lives.

Story

Rosalyn grew up in a small Ohio town where her grandmother kept a trunk of old family letters. She taught high school history for fifteen years before becoming the curator of a small university museum. She is beloved by students for her storytelling and her tin of oatmeal cookies on the front desk. She believes every ordinary life leaves behind something worth remembering.
